Nope, but some vendors (Monoprice, for example) sell a Mini-DisplayPort->HDMI adapter which has integrated audio via USB. It is more bulky than a regular adapter, but it does the job.

I downloaded the Windows XP/Vista/7/2003/2008 Console client version #6.23.
It didn't recognize the -bigadv option, but the client I have has a -advmethod option. Also, when using the -smp option I get an error message saying that "mpiexec is not recognized".
I'll run a few more using a single core each and try to make some sense of this in the morning. (And it's all for a good cause, right...) :) :)

Interesting that you had problems with your cds. Usually I never encountered such a thing. I take care of them but not spend too much time worrying about it. Lots of my work are backed up on cd's and dvds as early as the 90's.
same here, i just finished moving everything off CD-R, some as old as '97 to DVD-R, DVD-R DL. i figure it's a few years before i start moving everything off the DVD's and onto my new GREEN-RAY burner, cause those 100TB GR-R discs will be bleading edge yo.

No, you are mistaken. What you are talking about here is called "retribution", which is not what justice is supposed to be about. There is more evidence to suggest that the death penalty makes things worse for everyone than when it is not employed. One major example of this might be Canada, which has quite a lot of guns, no capital punishment, and is generally a safer place to be (though I cannot vouch for iJohnHenry's neighborhood ;)).

Now THAT would be a great addition. Fully editable iCal web interface with the new webmail interface would make .mac a lot better.

Although I have a .mac account and really like the short domain name, due to the weak web interface, I have used gmail as my primary email for the past year. In fact, there are only like 3 friends of mine that have the .mac address since I don't check it all that often.
And, do you think it would be too much trouble for Apple to supple a Mac and PC (sorry, that's what I have to use at work) notifier client for new mail?

Going to Dj a few parties... i already have a Music Fidelity V-DAC and the MIXX, wondering if i can cue up music through my macbook, preview it through headphones, while the music is playing through the usb connected v-dac....
what do i need to pull this off?

Two GT120s will be able to drive up to four displays (2xDVI and 2xmDP). eBay (http://shop.ebay.com/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=NVIDIA+GT120&_sacat=See-All-Categories) is the best source for GT120s at the moment, they go for around 100 bucks.

BTW, DVD Player only supports HD-DVDs created in DVD Studio Pro. It will not play retail HD-DVDs. :(

Hi, the best you are going to get is either the MDP-DVI adapters by Kanex or by Altona.. I am using the Kanex version and it works rather well driving the 24 inch LED Cinema display, but can't get isight to work for some reason.

4.3.1 is terrible on the 4th gen iPod touches. Home screen animations lag and more often than not skip totally. battery life is down, apps from the multitasking tray aren't usable upon switching to them for a few seconds - it's just terrible.
Thankfully, I had been jailbroken so I'm back on 4.2.1.
